Breaking the mold of the average fast-casual dining experience, Fresh Catch provides a traditionally Hawaiian dish to Western New York. With a focus on mindful consumption, Fresh Catch provides their customers with authentic, nutritious ingredients, encouraging a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. In order to educate about what poke is and how Fresh Catch sustainability sources ingredients, developing an icon system provided a fun and modern way to walk customers through the menu or decorate their dining trays.

After just under 2 years, Fresh Catch was ready to open a second location in Downtown Buffalo–The Galley Lounge. This location continues to provide the same sustainable and health-conscious bowls but with a full bar experience. Incorporating a deeper blue into the color palette allowed the brand to align with the restaurant's interior design shift to welcome a night scene.
